Who is the Rate Commission?

The Rate Commission was established in 2000 through voter approved amendments to MSD’s Charter and is composed of 15 member organizations representing a broad cross-section of MSD customers and the community it serves.

The Latest

Beginning in December 2018, the Rate Commission will convene for pre-proceeding meetings for the FY2021–2024 Wastewater Rate Proposal.

How you can get involved

When the Rate Commission convenes to consider the FY2021–2024 Wastewater Rate Proposal, public hearings will be held in 2019 throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area to encourage the community to provide comments. Information on the public hearings will be listed on this page, when they are scheduled.
