| MSD provides industrial users with notice of potentially applicable requirements under Subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
Subtitles C and D of RCRA regulate solid and hazardous waste management. The State of Missouri also has promulgated solid and hazardous waste management rules. If you generate or transport hazardous wastes, you may be subject to the regulations.
To ensure that your operations comply with federal and state hazardous waste management regulations, contact the State and Federal agencies at the bottom of this notice.
Industrial users also must notify, in writing, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and MSD if they discharge any substance to MSD that would otherwise be hazardous.
