Access to their national list of minority businesses requires membership in one of their affiliate councils, located across the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) – This nationally recognized, private certification agency certifies women businesses, exclusively. Access to their national list of women owned businesses requires membership in their organization.
Other state governmental MWBE certifying entities – On a case-by-case basis we will accept MWBE certification from other state agencies, provided their certification process meets our standards.
Effective July 1, 2013 MSD will no longer accept certification from agencies that only certify DBEs.
